Conn has uniformly dark skin, and it has been as long as anyone had known him. There had never been much, if any, in the way of difference in skin tone no matter how much sun he got. No blotches of lighter or darker color visible either. He was also dark of hair. Not quite black, but a green so dark it might as well have been. It was straight and thick, sliding down level with his shoulders and covering his ears. On the opposite side of the spectrum, his eyes were a blue so clear that one could swear clouds should be passing through it, they were so perfectly like a spring morning sky.
